Last week, my air conditioner completely stopped working. It was ridiculously hot that day and I didn’t know anyone who could repair my unit on a Sunday afternoon without me being charged hundreds of dollars. So I searched Google for air conditioning repair and Kentucky comfort solutions popped up. I gave them a call and left my info and within 3 minutes, the owner called me back. He said he would come look at my unit within 1/2 an hour. I gave him my address and he sent someone out to my house in 15 minutes. The repair man was extremely friendly and he seemed like he knew exactly what he was doing. Within 20 minutes of him showing up, my air was completely fixed. I asked him what I should do if I have any issues with it in the future and he said to call him if there are any other issues and that he will show up and fix it for free. He was very professional and he made me feel that I had called the right company. The price was cheaper than any other HVAC services I have hired in the past. He showed me a receipt showing exactly what he had fixed. The repair man didn’t charge me for cleaning the air conditioners coils and didn't charge for basic repair services since im a new customer. I am very satisfied and I will definitely be calling Kentucky Comforts Solutions again in the future. This company is the one to go with if you want reliability and a quick response. 5/5 stars definitely

We have used Mr. Hall several times over the last 3 years. All of our family and friends use him also , he is neat and professional and will always keep you informed. he doesn't charge a lot of money and his services are great. As an elderly couple we don't have a lot of money and it's hard to trust people. I would recommend him.
