Dru removed and installed a new front door for me. He also installed new lockset in door and repaired two closet doors. He knows a lot about doors and his depth of knowledge was evident. He communicated with me all aspects of the project as the work progressed. Also Dru is a perfectionist. His work is the highest quality I have ever experienced. I would definitely use again for door replacement or repair. I recommend his work to anyone.

My situation was a challenge. I had used an incompetent person to install my door and it was an absolute... mess. Door Doctor was a savior who not only corrected the previous install, he instructed me on how to make any minor adjustments that may be needed (rollers on the slider) when the weather changes. I guess the ultimate endorsement is "Would you hire them again?" The answer is, I already have. They are scheduled to come back for another job next week.

We needed our front entry door frame repaired, from water rot. Andre mentioned this is very common and he has done many repairs. I submitted the job this morning and he responded right away. He said he would come out today after another job. He actually showed up at lunch, gave me a very reasonable quote and actually finished the job 2 hours later. Absolutely unbelievable work! Audrey responded to my request quickly (rotted door jams) and when phone pictures were not sufficient to bid, he made a trip to the apartment to survey the problem. Audrey gave me a quote and time when it could be completed. Audrey called back a day later stating he could get the job done sooner( the next day) if I were available.
Audrey brought all the supplies and worked efficiently for 3 hours to complete the job. He gave me instructions on what to do and guaranteed his work for the next year.
Audrey was also very personable and took time to explain any questions or concerns that I had.
I can honestly recommend Audrey and I plan to use him in the future as needed.
