Ailim Global Consulting was engaged to address our need in identifying our strengths in a particular project and then aligining our resources around those strengths to meet our project scope. We are thrilled and completely satisfied with Melanie and Ailim Global Consulting and the services they provided to us.
Melanie has a true gift for asking questions and exploring what our strengths are - she guided us through several processes that made our strengths come to life. This allowed us to align our actions based on our strengths and engage individuals with missing or complimentary strengths. The project team quickly came together once we engaged Melanie and she became an intregral part of the team discussions. Her presence kept us focused on the desired outcome and her questons challenged us to be creative, thinking outside the norm. We completed our project within scope, time and budget - more importantly the team enjoyed being engaged in the project and we learned about team dynamics, which we can apply to future scenarios.
