The service he provided was replacing my keyboard. He ordered the part in front of me and also ordered a battery for my computer. So I knew the ETA for the parts and could anticipate when the job would be completed based on that. He finished a couple of days earlier than expected and communicated that to me. He cleaned up my computer, too; it looked brand new! Excellent job and great customer service!
