Introduction: I am a chef with 12 years of work experience. After stepping out of the dish pit to become a line cook at 17, I never looked back. I have held jobs in varied kitchen environment including sous chef at several fine dining establishments and eventually catering. I have worked events of all sizes and calibers and know how to work with clients to create just the meal and atmosphere that they and their guests deserve. I am looking to do private chef work on site.
