- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Programs are $116/mo with no long-term commitment. Programs include one month of exercise programming, online app for tracking progress and receiving workouts, meal planning, in-person and online coaching.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New clients begin with a free consultation which includes a basic fitness assessment. We figure out what you want, where you are in relation to what you want, and make a plan to get you there. I use this information to make adjustments and tailor my program to your personal needs. Workouts progress according to how you are adapting to the training. We keep it challenging but doable.
