- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to sit down and determine what goals they have for themselves. Then, I assess them and evaluate where they should begin.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
From my earlier days as an athlete at the high school level, I always found joy in helping others achieve their goals. Since then, I have coached at the collegiate level, given private instruction, and constructed personal training programs. Now, I am focusing on helping anyone and everyone be the best version of themselves that they can be.
