Greg was the officiant at my daughter’s wedding Saturday. He spent time to get to know them and made his words during the service like he had known them for a long time. Great message and interjected some light hearted comedy. He gave great guidance on how the service should run etc. I would highly recommend him. He even got to perform it outside on the hottest day of the year.

Greg Horn impressed both myself and my husband enough that I returned to thumbtack to ensure I left this review. I feel it is important to find an officiant who suits your personality so interview them, as we did. We are glad we went with him because his approach on marriage officiating is unique. Typically after a wedding, you hear compliments about the food or the DJ. Rather, we received several regarding him. He requested we provide to him 10 reasons why we wanted to marry the other and did a beautiful job presenting these quirky, yet serious reasons to our guests. There was not a dry eye on this day. We also hurriedly wrote our own short vows the morning of our wedding and presented them to him last minute and he incorporated them without missing a beat. We read them from crumpled pieces of paper and I would not change a thing. Greg held a short, intimate ceremony that truly encompassed all that we are as a couple. We have been together for 7 years, own a home and raise 2 dogs and 2 cats (no kids yet). We are no stranger to what marriage really means, and he honored this before our guests rather than treating us as beginners. He spoke clear and confidently to our guests, describing our relationship and leaving us with lasting advice. He did not stutter, there was no awkward pauses, and the readings he chose from the bible suited us so well. Having an officiant is really the most important component to a wedding (if you're marrying for love, that is!). Yet, it is most often forgotten. We hope to see Greg at future weddings we attend and we thank him for blessing our marriage.

Greg is a great guy and made our wedding very personal. He was flexible and his goal was to have a Christ centered ceremony but also to accommodate to our wants and needs. Highly recommend him.
