Stephanie was GREAT with my nervous cat Otis. Clearly an animal lover, she treated him with care and eased both our worries. His lion cut looks fabulous and it was done with efficiency.
She has done amazing work With my service animal(Freya), and myself. (education is key to training and she has got it!). Very intuitive, uses wonderful positive methods. I can sincerely say myself, and my dog are much happier after working with Jodi. We are a perfect team now.
I had Cherie come to help evaluate whether my newly adopted husky was in fact looking at my small dogs as possible prey, so that I could be sure to keep the little ones safe. Her observation and insight was very helpful to me, helping me understand what Cherie was looking at and how to interpret it. She reduced my level of fear for my little ones, and helped me develop a plan for my husky's happiness. My husky had had little training at all in her previous home, and she also has always been an outdoors-only dog, which is her preference, but I've worried about her loneliness since she doesn't get as much interaction as the indoor dogs get -- so I've had Cherie continue to come and work with her on various tasks and activities, and my dog just loves it. She looks like a gleeful child when Cherie comes, and together they certainly demonstrate that an old dog can most definitely learn new things. I am totally satisfied, and consider Cherie an important and valued member of my dog-care team of professionals. Thanks, Cherie. Vicki R.
Only had a consultation so far. Mindy seems very knowledgeable and very good with animals. Looking forward to the experience.
I needed someone to help my elderly mother manage care for the little elderly pug that was my dad's dog. My dad passed away in April and my mother is still having trouble coping with her new responsibilities. I did not want my dad's dog to go to rescue so I looked for a pet sitter to help out. Kevin answered my post. He not only was compassionate for my mother but he was more than willing to come by late in the evening to give my dad's dog her meds and take her outside. He loves the pug and she loves him. He is reliable, priced his services reasonably and is helping us keep my dad's little dog in her home. Thanks, Kevin!
Matt and Warren really helped my German Shepherd and I overcome his stubborness and his bad behavior. The private training is worth every penny and the group classes are fun to attend but i needed some help getting Rocky to obey me. Thanks guys cant wait to see what the next few months have in store for us
I was given K9 Trainology’s number after taking my dog to two different Louisville trainers. The results have been incredible! I would recommend them highly. They are not the cheapest but if I would not have hired the first two trainers that did not fix my dogs behavior I would have actually saved money hiring them the first time. I started to think my dog would never be able to go places and be locked away when guests arrived at the house. Thank you all so much for helping me and Jack.
Tracy is a vital part of keeping my family happy and healthy. She walks Lana, my autistic child's dog- 2 times/ day... if I need her a third time because of work or if my son is sick or for any reason, she's there if at all able.. Lana gets full 30 minute walks, Tracy runs her, watches her overall health/ stool/ weight. Tracy has also helped us through GI CRISIS! She has an invested personal interest in animals and is very very knowledgeable about holistic methods of treating animals. I'm sure I've saved up to $1 K in vet bills by trying Tracy's recommendations, or the recipes she has made herself for Lana's sensitive tummy. I get pictures of Lana playing and having fun on walks. There's nothing better than having NO worries about your animal who's home alone. and, its even better to arrive home to a dog who is well exercised, happy, and just ready to see you. Lana got a stuffed heart for Valentine's day, a green rope that mimicks her favorite toy that she tore up, and a tire toy with little bones on it with a rope attached. Tracy knows what she likes, needs, and is aware of subtle or big changes in Lana... when my mind may be too occupied with work or my son to notice. I could write a book. My happy healthy fit, well exercised dog is in good condition daily to love my son. That's the most important part. I had tried 1 service before.. it was business, it was double the price, and it was half the time spent. It was out of necessity when I had the flu, but it was a polar opposite experience. Last, I trust Tracy 100%. She has a key, is respectful of space, time.. she walks Lana set times and cleans her up after walks and fills her water bowl. I may be asleep on my day off, Tracy is quiet yet lets herself be known. Or, I may bombard Tracy:) with questions about dog issues, etc. Though I don't abuse it and I appreciate it- she's up for the task because she loves animals. Try it..just once (if you can get on her schedule). If you get on her schedule, don't be stupid enough to get off! It's better than gold. I'll never go back (unless I buy 20 acres)... lol, sorry Tracy. You could still consult in place of the vet!
We feel very comfortable leaving our dog with the life of Riley. We know she is in great hands and no need to worry about her.
My experience with good manners dog training was excellent. Pat took the time to show me the reasons behind my dogs behavior, and how I can correct them on my own. I have a hyper golden doodle that bounced like tigger, and made it very difficult to walk around my house. People were afraid to walk down my steps because he is 75lbs and would run up and down the steps when someone was using them. Now, thanks to pat, buddy is much calmer and I know how to get him to Calm and sit when he gets two excited. My family are a lot happier about coming over now.. I would recommend good manners dog training to anyone, pat is fantastic.
Courtney stayed for the weekend watching my dog. She was great, dependable and trustworthy. Even my neighbors said she was so nice and seemed to spend alot of time with my dog. Couldn't ask for more!
David Harris is without a doubt the best dog trainer in KY. He took me and my dog in for a consultation and we were sold! My dog is so well behaved now, and I learned too. I can take my dog anywhere and I always get compliments on how good he is. thanks ARTc
Samantha has been a community support provider for my 23 yr old developmentally delayed daughter for ~4 years. She is always on time, follows my daughters behavior plan and has been involved in creating plans of care. My daughter is not always easy to work with but Samantha continues to follow the behavior plan, keeps her cool, and knows when to ask for guidance.
Having your pet groomed is more than just a luxury. Our Louisville pet grooming service is about far more than just fresh smelling, neatly trimmed, and shiny coated pets. In many ways, your pet's skin, coat, ears and nails are a barometer to your pet's inner health. We have an excellent team of groomers -- Chris, Opal and Miranda -- who are extensively trained and experienced to give breed-specific cuts, ear cleaning, nail clippings, flea removal treatments, and much more. They are also gentle pet lovers who can calm and comfort the most nervous and jumpy pets, so they actually enjoy coming in to be groomed! As your pet is groomed, our groomers are in a position to notice any abnormal lumps, rashes, cuts, bites, hair loss or other problems. If anything is amiss, they notify you and our veterinarian so that any necessary treatments can alleviate problems quickly.
I will honestly say that i dont think it stands out, but i just love animals and would do anything to help one.
Hi! My name is Sarah, and I'm a college student. I have always loved animals, so I thought this would be a good way to make extra money for school. I have been raised in a family full of animals. Right now, we have two dogs and four cats. I'm offering pet care, pet walking, etc.
I have extensive knowledge of all and many types of animals. I can train pets. I can be your pet sitter. I'm honestly here for anything you need!
Because im wanting to be around what means the most to me .
I do animal rescue for the broke, wounded, or disturbed animals, and offer them a forever home, if needed. I am also a certified teacher, am a writer for a magazine, and have a certified wildlife habitat.
Because it's just me.
My business is primarily a pet sitting business. I can do the job by the visits or I can do overnights in your home. I will pretty much watch any animal you can keep as a pet. I can also take care of horses and other large animals. I will admit though, that I am not experienced with larger birds. Since immersing myself in the world of "the cat", in the years since I had to quit working as a veterinary technician, thanks to observation and the knowledge of some very wise people, I have learned so much about modifying cat behavior. I grew up as a die hard dog person, and I am still a well-rounded animal person, but all these felines in my life have inspired me to return to school at age 45 to pursue a degree in animal science! I will then go on to get my master's and who knows! The bottom line is I offer my services in my business to frustrated cat owners who are struggling with their feline family members to reduce surrenders to shelters and euthanasia. I will also take on many medical cases since my former career was a veterinary nurse.
