Testimonial for Personal Trainer John Quigley: I want to write a testimonial today for John, who I met when I joined a local gym back in January of this year. I am a 32 year old married, full time worker who never actively participated in any healthy lifestyle, and I was starting to pay the price of my inactivity. I was 30 pounds overweight, had constant headaches, and wondered if I could make a change. By week four, hitting the gym four nights a week and watching my diet, I had lost five pounds. To me, it was quite the accomplishment. That helped me continue working toward better health. My chronic headaches and migraines have decreased, and my clothes fit looser, and I am only in the beginning of my healthier me plan thanks to his you can do it encouragement. I would definitely recommend John to you if you are considering changing yourself for the better like I am. He will help you reach your goals and train you according to your fitness needs. You won't regret choosing him to get you on your way!
