I was searching for a trainer to come to my home and tried Charlie. From the first visit I knew this was perfect. He is professional, attentive, an expert in his field, and is very attune to what your goals are, limitations, and has introduced me to new exercises and cardio activities I had never tried before. That makes it fun! I have gone to gyms and trained with others but Charlie bringing his equipment to me, guiding me and encouraging me is the best! In one week I felt and saw results. Highly recommend.
I have been training at Uxecutive fitness for about two months now and I love it! It's in a great location downtown and accessible 24 hours a day. Ray has pushed me both physically and mentally during my training sessions. I am also attending self defense and boxing classes that are available to gym members. Kevin Johnson is my bodybuilding coach. Since I have started training with Kevin the change in my body has been phenomenal! I have grown in size as in my muscle groups are larger and that has been the hardest thing that I personally have had issues with,using other coaches. Kevin uses a system that works for each individual that he train's. He is very professional and pays attention to your proper stance as you lift which is important so you don't get injured. I would highly recommend Kevin to anybody that wants a lifelong change. He will coach you as well as nutritional information, it is up to you as an individual to utilize his knowledge to the best of your ability. I really enjoyed working with Leah. She is not only a trainer but she got to be a friend. She helped me strengthen and tone this old body. I have lost weight and feel pretty good. I belong to Workout Anytime in Fern Creek. It is very close to my house which made it convenient for me. If she was working at the other gym she made sure I have someone else to workout with. If when ever I needed anything, she was available to help me. Leah is a wonderful person and trainer, and so are the other trainers, Bobby M. and Tristan. Nothing went wrong, I've had a personal trainer for many years, I just have to much going on in my life to commit to a schedule. I will continue to go to the gym and use all the things they have taught me.
All of the group classes I attended with Carl and Xavier were so helpful to my weight and body fat loss. I was able to lose 10+ lbs and increase my overall stamina! Having the gym available 24/7 was really helpful too!
I hired Rod a few weeks ago. We work out 3x a week. He's been an excellent fitness trainer, training me with wonderful strength and cardio workouts, and providing smart nutrition tips. Punctual and an outstanding service thus far.
Coach K has been been a fantastic weight loss, fitness and life coach. She has worked with me for over four years, and has helped me lose and keep off 20 lbs. Much of this has been a result of her advice on improved food choices, sleep and stress management. As well as, weight lifting and cardio training. I highly recomend her services!

Blake Bramer has been my personal trainer for over a year. He has been a real inspiration in my workout routine. I really appreciate the work he did in pushing me towards my own personal workout goals. He knows when to push and when to give you a rest, but most importantly I feel his knowledge of different workouts and their proper form has been most beneficial. From watching your form he can gauge what muscles need work. Also he can direct you in how to correct your form so you get a better workout and reduce the chance of injury. Work out with Blake!
