- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have 3 basic programs: The Walk ($200 for 2 sessions), the Foundations Program ($500 for 5 sessions), and the Freedom Program ($850 + the cost of the e-collar for 9 sessions). The program that will fit you and your dog the best depends on the issues you're dealing with and the goals you have for your dog's training.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always have the customer fill out my free consultation questionnaire on my contact page first so that I can get a better idea of their struggles and their goals and guide them to the program that will best suit their needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a member of the International Association of Canine Professionals and have done everything from volunteering with shelter dogs to dog walking and now training. I have also attended the Train the Trainers program (T3) held by 3 of the best trainers in country.
