• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  All of our pricing is flat rate and all inclusive and transparent. We provide a complete and total price for repairs, maintenance and installations BEFORE any work is started and you have agreed to the costs so there's no surprises when the bill comes.

• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  All of our professional employees are licensed and meet the annual training requirements to maintain their license. In addition each technician is evaluated for skills and provided training in any area necessary.

• How did you get started doing this type of work?

  It is best to start as a helper in the installation department. From there, depending on your level of commitment and mechanical skills you move to a lead installer, then to a maintenance technician and once fully trained and licensed a Service Technician.
