- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?My pricing can be an hourly rate or a flat fee depending on the project and the customer's preference. The first hour usually costs more, but I am willing to work with people to find a cost that is fair to everyone. I offer discounts to healthcare workers, active military and veterans; college students, staff, and faculty. There is a 3% processing fee for all credit cards.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?It depends on the customer. Usually its availability or price, then if necessary, I'll schedule a visit for a walkthrough for any estimate I may put together. Simple jobs I can do over the phone or messaging, but larger or more complex, I like to know what I need to do for the customer to be satisfied. If we can agree on a price, and a day to do the work, then I just show up and get the project done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I don't really have any formal training, but have always been open to learning new skills and tools from those around me with more experience.
