Introduction: Not being commercialized has its trade offs. I can focus on customer satisfaction and picking up little odd jobs that the big companies "don't have time for". This may not allow me to profit as much as the top-dogs but at least you, the customer will be happy!
Seeing the transformation from beginning to end on a project or just a normal lawn cut and edge is something that I receive great pleasure from.
