I needed my basement floors done and I really appreciate the service I received. Brian was able to accommodate the change in my timeline since I had to start working from home sooner than planned. He was quick to return my calls/texts and always showed up on time to make this happen. The day of the install he remained available and called periodically to make sure everything was going smoothly. That's the type of service you don't always get regardless of how much you pay for the flooring. But since the flooring prices were so reasonable I got my kitchen floor done as well as my basement floor!Apr 7, 2020N2 Floors & More's reply
Thank you Jean! It was a pleasure meeting you and the fam. I hope you enjoy the new floors!
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? After a assessing the project, picking the right flooring, I present a Turn-Key Price. Meaning everything from bringing in the new flooring, installing and taking away the old! We are especially proud to offer 2 lines of financing. The first one is our 12 months - same as cash program. We also offer a 48 month with interest added option. It's always free to get a quote and assessment. We strive to make flooring easy.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? Most of my customers are from referrals. I can't thank enough my past customers! To recommend my work to a relative, friend or company is the best thank you I could ever receive! New customers are the life of the company. I like to get to know someone before presenting new flooring. Walk the house with the customer and listen to their needs and lifestyle. This gives me a good idea of the perfect dream flooring to present.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I worked on a flooring installation crew while in college. I was amazed at the skill set our installers had. I learned there was a lot more to flooring than meets the foot! After college and the flooring, I got into Printing and Packaging where I did very well. I traveled a lot and that became old as I aged. A couple of years ago "life" hit our family and I wasn't able to travel anymore. My dedication became all about two children and their well being. I needed to get back to work but traveling was out of the question. I went back to where and what made me happy years ago. Ive enjoyed staying and selling inside the neighborhoods of Louisville and Southern IN selling and installing flooring again. I have completed 6 weeks of Training at Empire's Professional Flooring classes.
