I met Silas through a fitness boot camp he offered in my neighborhood. I was so pleased with the services he offered, I am now looking to hire him as a personal trainer past the end of the boot camp! I am a 32 year old married, full time worker who never actively participated in any healthy lifestyle, and I was starting to pay the price of my inactivity. I was 30 pounds overweight, had constant headaches, and wondered if I could make a change.
