I have been training at Uxecutive fitness for about two months now and I love it! It's in a great location downtown and accessible 24 hours a day. Ray has pushed me both physically and mentally during my training sessions. I am also attending self defense and boxing classes that are available to gym members. Working with Charlie have been an amazing experience. Charlie always arrives on time, sometimes early and for me that is very important. On the other hand, my workout experience it’s just getting better and better. I started the diet plan he recommended to, and I’m already seen progress. I’m very happy and so far, I would definitely recommend him to my other friends to help them reach their fitness goals. We have just started and have more training sessions to go, but so far I'm very excited to see the overall progress.

I met Ben at the park during his first week in New York. He politely offered some advice on my squat form and we set up a couple of sessions where he taught me about the body's movement planes and how to approach training for weight loss. He's very kind and extremely knowledgeable! Would highly recommend training with him!

I started working with Steve in May and I am already seeing changes to my body. I am also sleeping much better and the "morning aches and pains" I had before starting a program with Steve have disappeared. Steve has set up a meal plan that is easy for me to follow and an exercise plan that is tough, but easy to build on to make more intense. I really enjoy exercising with him!

Coach Kate was just who I needed to help me reach my fitness goals. She is upbeat, easy to communicate with, down to earth, meets you where you are in your fitness journey, and wants you to reach your goals just as much as you do. I started working with her a month after my cancer surgery in hopes to gain strength to return to trail running. I was intimidated by strength training, but she started with the basics and helped me advance onto free weights, TRX, and other exercises geared towards trail running. I never once felt uncomfortable for my lack of strength or strength training know-how. She will challenge and encourage you to become a healthier, stronger version of yourself. She helped me reach my goal of running my first ultra marathon, a 60K, just 4 months post-surgery. I felt strong climbing the hills and running the trails. Success.
All of the group classes I attended with Carl and Xavier were so helpful to my weight and body fat loss. I was able to lose 10+ lbs and increase my overall stamina! Having the gym available 24/7 was really helpful too!
Coach K has been been a fantastic weight loss, fitness and life coach. She has worked with me for over four years, and has helped me lose and keep off 20 lbs. Much of this has been a result of her advice on improved food choices, sleep and stress management. As well as, weight lifting and cardio training. I highly recomend her services!
Blake Bramer has been my personal trainer for over a year. He has been a real inspiration in my workout routine. I really appreciate the work he did in pushing me towards my own personal workout goals. He knows when to push and when to give you a rest, but most importantly I feel his knowledge of different workouts and their proper form has been most beneficial. From watching your form he can gauge what muscles need work. Also he can direct you in how to correct your form so you get a better workout and reduce the chance of injury. Work out with Blake! I have been training with Kevin for approximately 2 years and have encountered a tremendous transformation. Not only have I lost 30+ lbs., I have built muscles in areas I didn't know existed, LOL. He is a very skilled and knowledgeable trainer. He not only has the experience behind him but, he is educated in health and wellness and remains up-to-date on all the latest nutritional facts. Cory helped my sister and me to get off the couch and seek healthy new attitudes and bodies. It took a little over a year, but we were able to achieve our goals. He helped us mentally and physically. He was always there and worked with us even when we were late. I still use some of the advise that I received from Cory to keep me motivated in my current exercise routine. I will work with Cory again in the future.
Tori is very good, she's patient and knowledgeable in her field. She helps with all aspects including developing a meal plan, and progressing slowly to increasing intensity. Only been a week but am very happy and look forward to continuing our sessions
