Donna is a very knowledgeable and caring professional. She has been able to help me not only get in shape but also improve my joint mobility. She provides very thorough information on any exercise she has you do and provides modifications if needed. This woman is also hilarious. If you are looking for someone with a great personality and knowledge, I highly recommend Donna as a personal trainer.
Josh was a excellent person he wants to learn about what u need and what u think can help you. He wasn't just someone who's looking to make a dollar he wants to help make you a better person. Don't let it freak you out when he says he works out of his garage it's very safe and Josh is a very kind person. Everyone has to start somewhere and I hope Josh makes hisself a successful business.

I recently had a one-on-one personal training session with Kevin and the workout was awesome!!! Kevin was very friendly, smiled a lot, and was interested in finding out what my fitness goals are, my health and exercise history, as well as what I wanted to achieve. We began with warm up exercises and then he showed me the proper mechanics of each exercise to ensure I was performing each with correct form, thus maximizing the efficiency of my workout. We talk about a ton of stuff during the workout and rarely actually talk about working out itself. That means that I see him more as a workout partner and friend rather than someone I'm paying to push me. Kevin also gave me advice on dieting, nutrition, and helpful tips to achieve my goals, as well as positive motivation. I was very satisfied with the one-on-one personal training and would strongly recommend Kevin to anyone interested in losing weight and getting in shape!!!
I really enjoyed the two free classes that were offered. I liked the environment, it was fun and at the same time there was much discipline. I’d totally recommend coming to Louisville Shotokan Karate Do, if you want to learn self defense.
