Children's Birthday Party. Robi is very nice and pleasant to be around. Unfortunately, she was late bc she couldn't find our house, needed to be helped over the phone step by step through the neighborhood as guests arrived, and after arrival complained about her drive time twice. None of this would have mattered if she was good at face-painting - but the work was not good - amateur and messy. I have no doubt she is a talented make-up artist, as her own makeup was perfect. Lastly, when I went to wash off the face paint from my and my son's face, she used permanent marker to outline her "work". My son was crying from the skin irritation as I tried to wash it off as gently as possible, but still won't budge. Its the following day and we still can't get this darn black marker off. : (

I try to keep it simple - by job- number of clients -etc I will work with my clients I have alot of training/diversity - so I will do my best to please you- :) I am fair and will go above the call of duty

I ask questions- listen/ then I take it from there Everyone has different needs /wants I try very hard to please my clients -my visual may not be their's - so I do what my clients vision - I suggest -together it works out great!
