These guys were friendly, easy to work with and did a better job than expected as I’ve had many services done over the past week since I just bought a house. Vent cleaning was the last thing I needed done and I was just done with people by then (The cleaner I hired had quit half way through the job and it’s really not that bad). So Clean Air was a sigh of relief. I’ll be back with more jobs for these guys!

I am thoroughly dissatisfied with the unprofessionalism displayed by the service provided. The punctuality was severely lacking, and the rush job by what seemed to be two inexperienced contractors within the company was quite evident. They showed up late. They neglected to secure the vents properly following the completion of the job. There was a distinct absence of any form of duct inspection using cameras before or after the service. There was poor preparation used to prevent dust from spreading into living areas. Then, of much concern was their decision to continue running both the AC and blower during the vacuuming process. This practice not only has the potential to disperse dust, debris, and potential contaminants from the interior of the ducts, but it also holds the risk of causing harm to both the ductwork and HVAC components. To many who may not know any better, these mistakes might be overlooked. Considering there isn't much of a price difference when opting for the services of genuinely experienced professionals, I strongly urge those seeking ductwork solutions to explore alternative companies.

Well, we're just now seeing this. Our company's policy. If you're not happy, we'll come back out and inspect and reclean if needed.. Our technicians are in no rush because they get paid by the hour. Also, they're not even salesman that are trying to upsell you something you don't need in the home like most of our competitors.. In the world of digital technology, it would have been nice to get a phone call to our office. Explaining these details instead of explaining and expression of aggravation of services on line. .. Customers are always right and we always stand by our work, but we didn't get a chance apparently ... Our method of cleaning is different than you are expressing.. Our method of cleaning cleans on contact. So as it's stirring it up inside the duckwork it actually removes on contact.. There is no need to secure anything in the home. It's as simple as running a vacuum cleaner over and over in the same area... Please look up the equipment and watch the videos. It's the best cleaning method out there.. Jeremy and the guys at Clean Air did an amazing job on my home! I couldn’t live there before they removed the mold due to severe allergy reaction. After their work was complete it was like a brand new home! Amazing! Very professional and knowledgeable! Don’t go anywhere else for clean air in your home!
