- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I tend to start with a flat hourly rate. I prefer to start my regular schedule customers with a good through clean, therefore we begin with a clean slate. I then base the clean by how long the job will take, with a team of 2, depending on the amount of time clean in a month's time, ie weekly, bi-weekly, monthly. My method seems to be most accurate and at the best cost for customers.thanks
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I began cleaning for a well known, busy residential cleaning company in Indianapolis, IN in 2005 through 2007. I then moved to Madison, WI where I decided to start my own business. That is when GCOS was established. I knew that the Green aspect was a highly preferred service and I believe in doing my part to take care of planet Earth. I began my company with a small job of cleaning 5 glass chandeliers in a big house lakefront property. My business grew rapidly to servicing 2 dental offices, a medical salon, and many residential properties. Including many Organizational jobs, which I love to do and claim to be my best work. Louisville is the new home for GCOS, please help me, by helping you, build this company.
