I've been on a weight-loss journey (solo) for a few years and have dropped over a 100lbs. I have now reached the point where I need some help to achieve my ultimate goals. I've been working with Rod for about 4 weeks now and I feel very confident that he is the man to help me achieve a completely transformed body. I really like how cool, calm, and collected he is as opposed to some other high-octane trainers. He is very knowledgeable and always throwing in new things to try. I am also surprise by how attentive he is by checking up with me via text on the off days. There are a lot of crazy things in my life at the moment, but the three hours I spend with Rod each week makes all that crazy stuff a little bit more manageable. I look forward to a long partnership with this talented trainer.

I hired Rod a few weeks ago. We work out 3x a week. He's been an excellent fitness trainer, training me with wonderful strength and cardio workouts, and providing smart nutrition tips. Punctual and an outstanding service thus far.

I've only been working with Rod for a short time but I can already feel a difference! I work insane hours and travel for my job 50% of the time so working out is tough. He meets me at 5am, does a quick effective workout, texts me in between to see how I am, and gives me great simple workouts to do on the road. I would highly recommend working with Rod!
