  Right from the start you should know, we work very quickly to get your property leased! As soon as you signup as a PMI Louisville customer, we go to work for you. Here is a bit of what we are going to do for you........ Preparing, organizing, staging, making ready, FOR SURE. Marketing and Tenant Screening, WE DO IT. Leasing, ABSOLUTELY. Tenant Retention Programs, ALWAYS. Collecting Rents, Paying Bills, Fixing Maintenance Problems, OF COURSE. Accounting and Reporting Services, YES! Inspections, Evictions and Collections, IN THE BLINK OF AN EYE. 24/7 Access to ALL of your Property Information, ANYTIME ANYWHERE. Buying/Selling a Property, NO PROBLEM.

• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  Our staff includes a licensed real estate agent, property managers and maintenance professionals. And just as important, we make sure all of the service providers (plumbers, electricians, etc.) that work on your property (if/when its needed) are licensed and insured.
