I reached out to Silas a week ago asking for help in gaining muscle. I warned him that I tore my labrum two years ago, so I would need to take extreme caution with lifting. He has been perfect in designing workouts for me and helping me through them so that I can continue to build muscle even with my injury. On top of that, Silas has also added in exercises to help me with my side goals: increasing my wrist strength and my vertical (I play volleyball). 10/10 would recommend Silas for the quality of work you get as well as the price. Such a great guy!

When I stumbled across Uxecutive Fitness it was a different mindset with the trainers and the people that trained there all together. With all of the laughing and the way everyone interacted with each other I felt a fun atmosphere. What better place to have fun than in a gym while becoming fit. I felt welcomed just by seeing the diversity in the gym. I felt motivated to become better when I noticed Ray motivating a member that couldn't do a push up when they signed up and motivating and pushing them to grind out just 1 more. I seen that Uxecutive Fitness isn't just a gym...It is a family that cares...holds you accountable...and will wrap their arm around you (especially in the self-defense classes that teaches you to counter attack someone doing just that lol)
Donna is a very professional and knowledgeable trainer. She always pushes me past my comfort zone but makes sure to keep me lifting safely and as injury free as possible. I would strongly recommend her to anyone looking to gain muscle mass, lose fat, and diet accordingly to ones specific goals.
I really enjoy working with Caz. He always keep's me motivated to get moving and stay positive. He"s very passionate about helping people getting and staying fit. He has a great personality and is always smiling. No matter how many time's I want to stop or give up, he would not let up. His way of personal training is the best. I would not use anyone else.

I am a 32 year old married, full time worker who never actively participated in any healthy lifestyle, and I was starting to pay the price of my inactivity.
