I have been lucky enough to have been taught by some of the best IT professionals in the area. While teaching me, they started at the bottom with maintaining a neat and organized work space. Moving up ever so slowly to where I am now has been a long and challenging road. In the end though, it has resulted in a very results oriented, organized, professional, and knowledgeable IT Technician that has a wide ranged skill set. With over a decade of experience in software support, hardware support, printer support, and networking - I am confident I can service any IT need you may have. I simply love technology. I am very good at being an IT technician, it feels great to be able to help people who do not have as much knowledge in the area, and if desired educate them. I genuinely enjoy what I do for a living, and I enjoy being able to help people who need assistance in my area of expertise.

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?The pricing system for my work solely depends on what work is needed. On a build or repair project the pricing will simply be what is needed for travel, labor, and consulting; any parts needed thereafter will not factor into the pricing for my service - I will leave that to the client to purchase, letting them know the best places to purchase. If asked to purchase for a client, I will create a detailed summary of what is needed, the price including shipping if applicable, where I am purchasing from, and expected delivery date if the item must be shipped. If I am purchasing on behalf of a client, I will require any purchasing funds before purchases are made. For a graphic or logo design service, the price will simply be my time used consulting and designing since there is no travel needed for this type of service. If you have another request or need, feel free to ask specific questions, I am happy to answer them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Absolutely. I am subscribed to many independent workshops and newsletters with the sole purpose on staying updated on the ever-evolving technology world. I also stay in contact with many of the people I have worked with, making this community key in helping with this objective.
- What types of customers have you worked with?My number one most common job is consulting. Many small businesses and private residences call me just to ask my expert opinion regarding what they need to do to achieve "X" goal, or what they need to use to be able to do "Y" task.
