I had a ceiling beam start sagging and falling and it was a danger to my family and pets. Community 1st responded quickly to my inquiry about the project and to additional questions. They got us on the schedule quickly, were punctual to the appointment, and got the job done quickly and professionally. This is my first home and I’m not familiar with using handyman services and their rates, but I feel like I paid a fair price for this project. I would use their services again.

So easy to work with. We had some small projects to be done to facilitate the sale of the house. Community 1st responded so quickly. Quotes and prices were right on. Most important was the work was done very well. Highly recommend!

Was responsive, polite and timely when setting up appointment and showing up. Although I was clear on the front side, he did not seem familiar with Ikea kitchen components and the custom dishwasher cabinet was a complete miss (Nailed from outside of cover panel resulting in having to reorder a new panel. And essentially didn't know what it should look like.) The countertop is not level and has been sealed. He did come back to see when asked. He indicated cabinets weren't level so he did what he could. Should have communicated issue upon finding, but did not. In the end he was going to wait for us to get a new panel and redo. Did not offer to reimburse or pay for the panel or contact to fix. No desire to chase him down and have moved on.
