Delores' laptop is the one I have pictured on my site. She had some serious issues with viruses, and other malware/adware. Her fan was also totally clogged.

was able to repair faster then Norten and for alot less would let him work on my mothers computer.

ed showed up on time at my house helped order a power cord and managed to fix the old cord until new cord arrived It took less than an hour.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not complicated, but I won't quote a price without looking into it. Also, prices may change mid-job, if I ascertain the item needs more than I originally planned for.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm still in college -- or rather just graduated with an associate's degree. I plan to continue on to a bachelor's degree.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've been around computers since I was in high school working with an Apple II. Did I just date myself. Yes, we used to record programs on to a tape cassette.
