Josh is an excellent trainer. I've been working with him for a little over year now, which is the most dedicated I have ever been with any program. He updates your workouts so that you don't get bored. He is also very attentive to each individual's own personal needs and adjusts workouts accordingly. As a nurse I am on my feet for hours at a time and have always dealt with lower back issues, but Josh has carefully watched out for that and I have noticed an increase in back strength with a decrease in pain. That is only one of the many results I have noticed since working with Josh as my trainer. The effective workouts and his positive attitude are what keeps me coming back! Derrick is a great trainer with genuine personality. I've worked with several other trainers, and I would say that Derrick has three strong areas. 1. Working with injuries - He is experienced in working with and around injuries. 2. Attention to detail - He tracks your progress and limits and builds on it. 3. I have worked with Eric at two different times in my life now and with the results he has helped me obtain, I dont ever want to not have him again. First he helped me move to a new cardiovascular level, then he helped me lose weight, improve my strength and tone my body all the while being incredibly patient, encouraging, helpful and trustworthy. I have fitness exercise experience including most things in a gym but I need Erics commitment and extensive education to develop encouraging encompassing workouts that I dont have to come up with on my own. I appreciate the accountability of not questioning driving to the gym, participating and pushing myself to a new level. I make decisions all day and determining what exercises to do to obtain my goals was the last thing I wanted to or had the ambition to do. Eric provides that for me. I told him all of my goals that I would ever like to obtain long and short term and he coordinates workouts and an exercise regimen that encourages, drives, enables, and improves me every week. Eric has helped me to tone, gain a great deal of strength, endurance, improved metabolism and above all else self confidence. Tania has been training me now for about 3 months and it’s been a great experience. She keeps me on track. I am a former Division 1 athlete and I consider myself knowledgeable about training, but she regularly shows me things I didn’t know around cardio, strength, flexibility, injury prevention, or nutrition. She brings science to the workout. And she helps me stay accountable so that when I start to feel a bit lazy I keep moving anyway. Working with her is challenging and fun, and I’m in much better shape than I would be if I didn’t have her.
Joe has been training me at EFF for over a year now and I can honestly say I can't see myself being committed to my own health and fitness with anyone else. The workouts are different every day with a grand variance of equipment that I either didn't have access to or would never have attempted on my own. Joe always pushes me to do my personal best. Jessica is so great at what she does! I was very hesitant to start working with a personal trainer being that I never have before and really have never lifted weights other than machines at large gyms like Planet fitness sometimes. I’ve progressed more with her in the last couple months than I ever have. I feel great and look forward to my sessions with her each week. She offers so much more than just an hour session. She’s helped with my diet and my work outs outside of the personal training sessions as well. She will adapt to your needs and comfort level but still push and encourage you when you need it. So glad I decided to give her a shot!

The most important difference I really appreciated about Kimberly's approach to personal training was the extensive initial personal assessment. I never experienced this important step with previous trainers over the years. She also took note of my strong interest in diet and nutrition and offered a number of valuable suggestions not the least of which was the "Forks Over Knives Plan". As a senior with certain "wear and tear" issues, I anticipated limited progress. I have been pleasantly surprised at the improvement in muscle tone, strength gains and conversion from fat to muscle resulting from Kimberly's customized regimen. The fact that I find Kimberly to be a beautiful person, both inside and out, is the icing on the cake. I have personally recommended Kimberly to many of my friends and associates who would benefit from her special approach to overall fitness and the resulting longevity potential.
