They offer a VERY thorough service! Fast, friendly, and honest. High quality work at fair and affordable prices. Very knowledgable about the products. You will get top notch service but at a fraction of the cost charged by the big name companies!

I called him and he came to my house, diagnosed my PC and then took it home and found the problem, plus he did very neat cable management in my computer so all cables are neatly organized behind my motherboard, he also cleaned all of my fans. He took a few days but was extremely happy with the job he did and he stands behind his work 110%, I highly recommend him and will use him again in the future and he doesn't charge astronomical prices either, very pleased. -Joe G.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers pay ACTUAL COST ONLY for parts and equipment needed. Never will parts be marked up. I ONLY charge you for my time and labor after that.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After first contact, No work is performed without secondary contact. Actual Prices for parts are paid by customer, I DO NOT mark up parts AT ALL. I only charge for my time and labor. This helps me keep costs down at the Customer's level.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A+ Certified and Very Experienced. I have been building computers and networks for approx 20years. CCNA and MCSE training w/ 3.8 GPA (lacking certifications, but completed curriculum.)
