- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based off of individual dogs needs. I also offer large discounts to dogs from local rescues, to veterinary staff, and foster families and military, police, and firemen discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to initially do a meet and greet where I get to know the dog and develop a specific training plan for that dog and family. Every dog is an individual and should be treated as such.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a regular at dog shows, seminars, and local events. I also am constantly taking courses to better myself. I manage a dog training group of professional trainers and behaviorists around Kentucky.
