I have a design background and also have sold real estate for 9 years until recently, when I decided to focus more on the staging aspect of selling a home. I have proffessionally cleaned homes for 2.5 years. I currently clean and do minor staging to get homes sale ready(wallpaper removal for an additional fee), as well as, regular housekeeping jobs. Feel free to call me and I can get your house sparkling and smelling wonderful!
My dad and I have been doing home repairs for over 20 years. We are both retired. We are Christians and friendly. As a hobby, we help to provide home repairs for all satisfied customers.
Since 2006, I'm sharing the experience in the gym. The first impression is important, it was excellent. A very professional and complete assessment. The flexibility of schedules, there is always a solution. The individual exercise routine, The presence of the trainer, José Ortiz at all times is very important. Knowledge of the coach goes beyond expectations. Importantly, one will feel like family. Aymat
Consultation is the aspect of staging I have done most. I meet with the client to conduct an interview to determine their budget, timeline for selling their home to assess their staging needs and to take before photos. I, then, write up a comprehensive staging plan and meet with them again to go over the plan. This process can take three or more hours, depending on the client's staging needs and the size of the home. From this point, the client and I determine if my assistance is needed to complete the project. I can help them with furniture and accessory arrangement. I can also work with other trades people on their behalf to complete projects. My fee is $35.00 per hour. I am very conservitive with the homeowner's money and try to recommend using their furniture and accessories as often as possible. Since the first and most important step in staging is to clean, de-clutter, and depersonalize, this can take time but there is very little money involved. I feel that part of my job is to educate the homeowner about what it takes to sell a house in today's challenging market.
I am experienced in professional and personal deep cleaning of houses and worked at Best Western as a housekeeper and did some maintenance. I also graduated from Rogers Academy of Hair Design in 2009 because I have a love for art and beauty which shows in my interior designing and lawn care. I love to be outside and working with my hands. I volunteer every year at the Mesker Park Zoo cleaning up the park and planted the beautiful plant life in the children's area. Priceless Home Cleaning & Design will make your house a home!
painting my kitchen and master bedroom, was extremely clean and polite! Loved the service
Bridgette did an awesome job painting my old furniture and giving it new life. She also helped me completely redo my daugher's room by painting old furniture, decorating, and redesigning the whole room. We could not be happier!!
I am a professional carpenter. I have been in construction my whole life as well as my whole family. That's what I grew up with and what I know. I do everything from building houses to home remodeling, roofs, floors, framing, drywall, tiles, doors, cabinets, decks and porches, pretty much anything with construction. Any job I take on, I treat it as my own. I am a bit of a perfectionist, but I do not allow that to take away from my pace of work. I plan everything out and usually provide the owner with a set of plans/blueprints before I even start the work.
I am a perfectionist and I treat every home project as if it is my own. That is apparent in every detail, I see everything and I tie everything together in the look and color the client wants.
