My husband and I found our dream home when we moved to Kentucky but it just needed a little work. Michael and his father accommodated our crazy schedule as we relocated to Kentucky and listened to our ideas and helped us fill in the gaps when we weren’t really sure what we wanted. As with any renovation, we wanted things added or changed as we went and Michael didn’t skip a beat. They ensured what we wanted was what we got. His crews were all extremely friendly and polite and we really felt like friends before it was all over. Our home is now better than we could have imagined and we didn’t break the bank doing it. For any potential customer, I would only caution, plan for a little extra time to completion but that is probably fair for any home renovation project.

Michael and his Father showed up every time we asked them too. Very professional in our discussion. We have signed a contract for our work project and things are to start 8/21/2023. We won't truly know what extent we will have to rebuild until demo.

Details: I'm just starting • Kitchen • Living room • Dining or family room • Crawl space or attic • Repair existing structure • Yes, load-bearing structures are involved • 1,000 - 1,500 sq ft • Home • I am the owner

My project hasn't started yet; however, I was impressed with the owner of the company who provided me with the quote. The cost of the project is in line with what I expected.

I would not recommend this company. The work was done by another company . They cut corners. Bad quality work. And to top it off I was insulted that if I wanted something better I needed to pay more. I paid $12, 600.00. I asked to see how my deck will look like I was told I needed to pay to see sketches. So unheard of. Usually, a company will show you a general idea of what to expect , not this guy. He nickled and dimed me for anything I asked. I didn't get c to choose what kind of ballisters I wanted, so basically I went into this blindly having very little picture or visual of how my deck will look like at the end. I was insulted because I didn't pay $20k for the deck and he said if I wanted something nicer I should pay more. How would I know ? Bad interaction, bad quality of work.

Details: Sketches or a basic idea • New custom construction • 500 - 1,000 sq ft • Home • I am the owner

Any&All Renovations's reply
So this is no where near the truth. I gave this customer exactly what they wanted and requested. The deck is beautiful and everything was done by my guys in a timely fashion. The customer picked out the black metal balusters which is what got installed. They signed a contract and then decided to try and use someone else. The other guys only got as far as removing existing deck when Mr. Taylor called me back and wanted us to continue. They wanted to pay by credit card which the bank(not me) charges 3-4% of transaction. I waived that fee and even took off money for demo that was done. After signing contract the second time the customers started demanding special treatment like skipping line and adding square footage to the concrete pad underneath the deck. Gabriel and my guys built the deck just like we do every project that we commit to. I made special trips to answer questions that were written on on my contract and answered every call or text that they made to me. Everything was described in our contract and they signed it not once but twice, from the material we used to how much square footage. Yes they brought me out for an inspection and there was 2 or 3 things we needed to fix which we took care of quickly. Because of our last conversation I didn’t expect any referrals or a 5 star review but I didn’t think they would scoop so low. The deck looks wonderful and I used the material they wanted and signed off on. I never had anything but a 5 star review so this is my first time to have to respond to false accusations. I’m really sorry you feel this way but even more sorry that potential customers have to see the review. Hopefully everyone who reads that review will also be able to see my rebuttal and have me come out to introduce myself and I can show them pictures of all of our beautiful decks and other projects including this one. Thanks Michael Any&All Renovations
