- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are pro-customer and take pride in every job we do.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We visit the property, go over the detail of work and usually have an estimate within 24 hours if not on the spot. After that we order materials, schedule the job next in que and then when materials are all in and it is time on the schedule, we knock the job out working at least M-F and at least from 9am-6pm. We work some Saturdays and start at 8am if customer doesn’t mind.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We do carry a General Contractor’s License but mostly the fact it is in our blood.
