- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My price is based on time spent doing the work and travel. I may have a few questions here and there for clarification but ultimately you will only need to show up.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to sit down and get to know who they are. I want us both feeling like we’ve known each other for years. Of course I have a job to do but ultimately if we aren’t comfortable with each other it won’t work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Life experience has been my greatest teacher.
