Our pricing is subjective to the task at hand. Factors include but are not limited to, complexity of the task, average price for the task across competitors in the area of the task, travel time, average time it will take to complete the task, and skill level required to complete the task
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First and foremost we ALWAYS greet the customer in a professional and friendly manner! We then will inquire to more details about the service being requested. Upon receipt of the details requested, we review the items or services, cross reference our files and competitor pricing. We then provide the customer with what we consider to to be a fair quote falling within all of our pricing guidelines. Finally, we book the appointment and get vital information regarding the service requested as needed, and after the job is completed we give our business card and send a review request. We know that not every customer will give the review but we do always ask that they leave an HONEST review about their experience so that our future customers can know the service they can expect to receive
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
John Peace, the owner, is trained and skilled in several trades and takes the time to personally work with all new technicians for training in all aspects of the work we do. A lot of the work we offer requires a great deal of education and training in areas such as, but not limited to, customer service, communication, basic mechanical knowledge, safety and professional practices. That being said, most of our work does not require our technicians to be licensed to complete the task, but every one of them are trained extensively in all of these areas and more as the need arises before they can work on their own with customers.
