There are not words that can quantify the value that Kat brings into your home. She is easy to work with, professional but also fun, has vision, an amazing work ethic and man is that girl strong. We were able to unpack my house and make it a home in 3 days. I still have some things to work on, that on I could do, but my kids came home today to an actual home after a really rough couple months transitioning from a nightmare rental (brown recluse landlord ordeal) and moving twice in 2 months. I literally can breathe for the first time since July! I could not recommend anyone more highly! I will continue to use her services for as long as she is in the business! If you are still comparing different people, stop it honestly doesnt get better! The range of Services offered for my potential future needs also blew me away. I could keep going.. but will end with she legitimately transformed our lives in 3 days and gave us back a home, something that would have taken months with my job to complete

Kat put our whole house in order!!! From organizing the kids bedrooms and playroom, to deep cleaning our house from top to bottom, she literally transformed our living space and our lives. As a very busy professional, she opens up 4-5 hours of my weekend that i would have spent cleaning and organizing to do things I enjoy with my family. I highly recommend her!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    My prices include Kentucky state tax. Doesn't include cost of materials, or any other fees separate from my hourly rate, or any employee rate. Consultation fees may apply.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    1. Contact me via phone to discuss the project details, wants and needs 2. Once its been determined by both parties that it's a good fit we will schedule the consultation over the phone 3. You will then receive a $60 invoice and confirmation email for the consultation. 4. Once I'm at the consultation we will do a thorough walkthrough. This can last up to 2 hours. 5.Sign the contract, go over expectations and all details, setting the dates to begin 6.GET STARTED ON YOUR LIFE CHANGING PROJECT

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    I’ve worked with a variety of people from all different backgrounds. This includes clients who have disabilities, anxiety, hoarding, depression, or OCD issues. I’m an extremely personable, non-judgmental person who’s very understanding. I’ve also suffered from depression myself, and I have family members who are hoarders, so this gives me insight into the mental states of some of my clients. I’m in the business of helping people. At the end of the day, a human being deserves to be understood and treated with respect, regardless of their social status, situation, or background. I do my best to understand each prospective clients issues so that we can achieve continued success.
