- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You usually get what you pay for - cheap is not always the best choice. We try to give the best value for your money. Sometimes we make mistakes because we are human, but will make it Per hour
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Find out what customer wants by helping diagnose problem and work with them to determine the best way to fix the problem. If I can’t help I refer them to someone that can.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have always taken training, lots of reading and watching others. I helped to build a very large house at age 14 and 15 - that’s how I got my first car at age 16. a 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air, All the time in the military I was doing some kind of handyman work. I’m still learning each and every day. I’m in good health for my age and still being blessed to the max. I mange a fairly large Episcopal church campus, since being appointed in charge of all up keep and repairs.
