My story.....I contacted QMS and requested a quote to clean a rental house that I own and the owner informed that she could meet me the same day to quote the job. I thought a same day quote was strange because the way a figure is that the best cleaning services would be way to busy to give me a quote the same day. I informed the owner that I could not meet her until I get off work and drive from Lexington to Richmond and she said ok. I informed her that I’d meet her at 5:00 or so depending on traffic. I figured once I got to the property I’d have to wait on her but when I pulled in, she was already at the property and had been waiting on me for 15 min. This was a good sign but the next part of the story is what make QMS so amazing. I was quoted a price and I informed the owner that I had another service who was also going to give me a quote and that I’d let her no either way. QMS informed that they could match or beat any company. I received the quote from the other company and I informed QMS that I was going to go with the other company. The owner thanked me for letting her know. Long story short, the night before the House was supposed to be cleaned, I got a call from the cleaning company stating that they would not be able to clean the rental house. I called QMS and and inquired if she could still clean my house. The owner responded 10am the next day. She did not try and jack the price up nor did she even pry to find out why I now needed her. As for the cleaning.....well all I can say is wow. I felt like singing the song Mr. Clean Mr. Clean. I mean such an amazing job she did and I am very funny and particular about how things are done. She did not clean the house just to get it done, she cleaned the house as if it was her home. Every corner and every cobweb gone. When I walked on the tile floor in the kitchen after she mopped, she grabbed the mop and mopped behind me (yes QMS), I noticed that you did that. I felt that she really cared about my property and that she cared about the quality of work that she does. People if you are reading this, hire QMS. Thank you mam for cleaning and I stand by all of what I stated in this novel of a review.

Quality Maid Service was able to accommodate a last minute request to clean my home which had suffered the dust from two bathroom renovations. My in-laws were arriving in town and I realized I needed help - fast! - and these ladies came to the rescue. They were thorough, professional, and very pleasant. I’d hire again anytime!

Accepted job on short notice. Arrived a bit later than expected but alerted us to their travel progress. Tackled a home that has sat empty for a number of years. To say it was rough is an understatement! And to top it off no hot water. Julie bought extra cleaning supplies to tackle a 3 day job in 1 day. I would definitely recommend!

Pricing is calculated by the job itself and square footage plus any special requests the customer may have ie windows Refrigerator cleaning , oven cleaning and so on
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially we will set up an appointment to do a walkthrough at which time we will give written estimates for the property. We will go over all aspects of the job with the contact person/persons so that we know exactly what is expected . We then execute a contract with all guidelines in place and go forward with our new client!
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Quality Maid Service was established in the year 1998. Cleaning is our business and also our passion. We have spent hundreds of hours in the field perfecting our trade and learning different methods of cleaning so that YOU our customer can always have a positive outcome on every cleaning we do!
