What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Nearly all of my cases are taken on a contingency fee basis, meaning that we receive a percentage of what our clients receive, and we do not get paid if our clients receive nohing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically visit with our clients on the phone and have them sign an agreement with our firm that allows us to talk to their medical providers and the insurance companies. We then set them up with expert medical care at our expense.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended Louisiana Tech University where I earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree, and I received a Juris Doctor (JD) from LSU Law School. Each year I complete continuing education.
