Danny used his educated training approach to train around the shoulder complications. My strength and flexibility increased, my body fat decreased, and best of all my shoulder is better than ever. I first came into contact with Clarence at SPT through the afternoon Boot Camp that is offered. I found the work outs challenging, and they definitely helped build endurance in my muscles which assisted in my half marathon training. He is always prompt about his emails. At any time during the week, I can text James about a question and he always answers. He also texts me a few times every week to check on my progress and see if I need anything. I think his workouts and explanations are very thorough and very well explained. During class, he is very quick to answer any questions I may have had without talking "down" to me and helping me to understand the building blocks of each exercise.
