Introduction: Welcome to one of the more upscale manifestations of the national phenomenon of underground dining, Inspired Fine Dining. We are an unregulated and largely untraceable private dining series in which a professional chef with roots from Barbados, New York, and Chicago courts avid gourmands through the Internet, e-mail or word-of-mouth to participate for a fee in dinner parties that are cloaked in secrecy. The host is an accountant by day and the entertaining, fun-loving other half of Inspired Fine Dining has roots from the Creole rural country area of Mamou, Louisiana. As such, we are only accustomed to the freshest and most flavorful fine dining dishes to be served to our guests. Inspired Fine Dining offers private underground dining events, in-house catering, in-house chef services or prepare meals that cater to the client's taste preferences. Our goal is to siphon business from traditional restaurants as patrons seek out intimate settings and interaction between strangers that is not possible in most eateries.
