I do fixtures, floors, leaks, trim, custom projects, remodeling, consulting, IT, etc. I also provide maintenance-costs consulting. I've been in the auto/construction equipment maintenance industry for 20+ years and know that people get taken advantage of. I will look at your bill or quote and check to make sure that you haven't paid or will be paying too much. I can also inspect to make sure that the work was done right and up to standard.
