The serviceman called me seven (7) minutes after my job was supposed to begin to tell me that he needed to reschedule. Rather than considering the likelihood of traffic between Baton Rouge (their location) and New Orleans (my home) when taking the job and planning accordingly, they just jumped in the truck and wished for the best. I told the guy that I had several other jobs lined up and the inability to reschedule. I told him to continue, to wash the windows and the lateness didn't matter. He told me that he'd inform dispatch, continue en route. Dispatch was supposed to follow up with a call to confirm the changes. I never heard from anyone at the company again. Despicable Customer service; never again!
