When choosing an consultant, look for someone who is objective and a great listener. Although, every consultant has "their" own perspective of how the world should look and be - it's really not about them - it's about YOU! I believe listening is a key element in the consulting business because without it, then we are just wasting time and money.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I hope that my customers knew how dedicated and passionate I am to see them exceed in every aspect of their lives and many times, its about changing the smallest thing to propelled them to the next. I love to see the smile, the eyes light and receive the hugs of thanks.
