- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You do not pay! Our services are on a contingency fee basis. We are paid through any settlement or judgment obtained in your matter. If we do not succeed in obtaining a settlement or judgment, then you owe use nothing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We initially have a "telephone" meeting with a paralegal to discuss your claims. We then set up an in-office meeting with the attorneys.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a licensed attorney since 2003.
