Introduction: *REMOTE* Because it works 3xbetter (for real). You will be so happy a few months from now that you kept an open mind! First off, personal training on it's own is THE WORST way to get results. The fitness part is extremely important, but 80-90% of your results come from nutrition, sleep, and daily habits. Not everyone will hear this, but if you "get it" I'm your coach. For the vast majority of people, paying solely for personal training is using a band-aid when you need stitches, literally insane. I have an insatiable desire to see my clients be successful. That’s why I pay really close attention to all the details involved while researching tirelessly to stay on the cutting edge, But the process is simplified for you! I coach with compassion, understanding, but can also practice tough love when the time is right. I’ve been in fitness since 2006! This has involved a ton of personal training, health coaching, nutrition coaching, and I owned my own group/personal training studio for 6 years. The process works like this (streamlined and simple) 1. We take our time on a transformation call to talk about you, your personality, your goals, and then the gameplan that SUITS YOU! It's not one sized fits all 2. You commit to the system and receive a welcome email where you will schedule our first "on boarding" meeting where we get organized 3. We have a fitness assessment to see where you are in terms of strength, stamina, and mobility, so I can dial in your PWC transformation system 4. There is a combination of live Zoom training along with personalized diy workouts so you build your own habits instead of becoming mindlessly dependent on old school training (you have to believe me here, I know from experience). 5. We will have once weekly lifestyle construction health coaching sessions covering everything down to morning routine, weekly live training on zoom, and so much accountability in between. A lot of the time spent is on creating nutrition habits FOR YOU. 6. Deep dive educational videos will help you learn and understand the process so once you reach your goals you have 100% confidence you will maintain them forever!! If you want meaningful and long term habit change, I'm your guy. If you think you know everything you need to be successful, I'm not your guy. Being willing to change means emptying your cup and re-examining even the simplest things we take for granted. Back to what I said at the beginning... DON'T MAKE THE MISTAKE of paying someone to count your reps and teach you cool exercises. The difference between holistic coaching and old fashioned training is that your return on investment is GUARANTEED with this as long as you do your part. I've talked to hundreds of people who pay for a trainer for a while (open ended and without purpose), get some results, then fall back into their old ways (it's not quite but close to inevitable). I am a current client, and signed up to get help with losing my postpartum weight, fix my diastasis recti, and prepare for my military PT test. Patrick is an awesome trainer! His program is well organized, and he provides a wealth of information. He is motivating, knowledgeable, and focused on helping you achieve your goals. This has been a great personal investment. Patrick has been a great coach during my fitness journey. I started this in January of 2022 and as of September 2022; I have lost 15lbs, and gained a good amount of muscle. Patrick is a really good coach, and really pushes to see you reach your goals. He personalizes the workout plan to meet you, where you are at in your fitness journey. It has been a great experience overall and I am excited to continue with the support of an amazing coach.

Patrick really listened to me when I expressed my physical issues and what my goals were. He's helped me organize my life by organizing my nutrition and balancing my workouts. I've lost 21 lbs and I don't feel deprived of food nor the things I enjoy eats anyway. This is the least restrictive way I've experienced nutrition from someone. There's alsways encouragement. Never has he said the first negative thing to me even if I've slacked. It's always encouragement. I feel like it's made an big impact on my wellness journey as a whole.

I started this program about a month ago and am already down 15 pounds! The program is very easy to follow as you are making the decisions on what you eat. I’ve always struggled with weight loss in the past due to being a picky eater but Patrick has helped me find healthy foods that I look forward to eating. Practicing mindfulness and exercising together has also allowed me to enjoy working out, something I’ve always HATED doing in the past. Now I look forward to my workouts and that feeling of accomplishment afterwards. Making the decision to start this program was the best thing I could have done for myself, I had hoped to notice changes in my body and was ecstatic so see my overall emotional health improving too!

You have to be ready to do this if you sign up with coach P! I compared to others and what the programs had to offer, this is a value beyond my expectations… this will be the best money you have ever spent on having a trainer! This is not the run of the mill where someone watches you workout while they dictate the workout! It’s a mind, body, soul deep dive into your relationship with food, overall nutrition, mindfulness, and exercise. But you have to be willing to put in the work, time, and effort. It’s not easy by any means but the payoff is well worth it and you have a wealth of research and information at your fingertips… like anything else you get what you put into it! Stop making excuses, aren’t you worth it!? I’m inspired and empowered and know I have the tools to stop yo yo dieting forever!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Quotes are a weekly estimate. The actual rate based on what YOU need as a client. For example I have some clients who are very self-sufficient and meet with me once weekly or even less. I also have clients that meet three times a week. It's best to invest 30 minutes of your time in the consultation call which will be super productive even if you don't move forward with me, no high pressure b.s.

    1. Consultation call to decide if it's a good fit. 2. Move forward with program by getting accounts setup, initial onboarding meeting, and then.. 3. Getting to work :).
