My wife , Jackie and I bring, and add enthusiasm , excitement and joy to your wedding ceremony! I am an Ordained minister with more than 40 years experience of marrying couples . Our weddings are fun, personalized, entertaining and unique! My wife and I conduct a mobile wedding service, we travel to your wedding destination to perform wedding ceremonies. We also write personalized wedding vows for couples based on their romantic journey. We have a wedding vow questionnaire to assist couples in vow writing. Before the wedding, we meet with our couples by conference call, video chat or in-person to discuss details of the ceremony. My fiance and I decided to Elope within a month In New Orleans. We live in Florida and wanted something small and unique. We decided to have a Pirates Alley ceremony during Mardi Gras season. This was our second visit to New Orleans and I was very anxious about the details. I had questions about obtaining the marriage license, which courthouse to visit, where to park, what to expect from the location and how everything would work. Alonzo reached out and made an effort to explain every question that I had. He guided me through everything! Every bit of worry I had was gone! He went through the process and guided me through every step. Because this was planned last minute, I had a very strict budget to follow and did not initially intend on booking a photographer. I had seen some price quotes and many of their packages were out of my price range for the simplicity of what we wanted. Alonzo gave me suggestions for photographers that didn't mind shooting our simple ceremony, very affordable and professional. Our wedding day was perfect, he kept in communication with us once he arrived and parked in the French Quarter. He was early and ready to go as we walked down Piarates Alley for our ceremony. It was an honor to have him and his wife there to officiate our wedding. We felt their love and kindness there with us that morning. It was such a beautiful ceremony and we felt blessed to be married by someone with so many years of marriage himself. He is your go to guy and worth every penny!!!!

Mr. Alonzo was excellent with meeting and discussing my wedding plans. It didn't matter what questions I had, he had an answer for me. His text was very prompt when in responding. He was professional in meeting and listening to what I wanted for my day. But, the day of the wedding he put the icing on the cake, meaning he did a great job. I would definitely refer him to someone who is looking for an officiant. If I could have chosen all five items to describe his character , I would have, but he guaranteed excellent work and preformed that. We just love Mr. and Mrs. Campbell! My now husband and I really wanted an officiant that had roots in Louisiana and would help us to share our love of New Orleans culture with our guests for our destination wedding. The Campbells embodied all of this! We had an initial virtual meeting with them and they worked with us to create a very highly personalized ceremony. Mrs. Campbell delivered our ceremony on our wedding day and there wasn't a dry eye there! She had our guests laughing and crying. Many of our guests also remarked that this was the BEST ceremony that they have ever experienced. We loved the Campbells so much after our initial call that we also invited them to our welcome party and our guests loved meeting and chatting with them. Dr. Alonzo Campbell was everything I had hoped for and more. He was very accommodating and supportive in helping me plan a surprise Wedding Vow Renewal with my wife of 30 years. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are reasonable. Some of our customers have stated that we are reasonable and generous in terms of services rendered. Our general price range is: $ 170.00 to $245.00 for the performance of your wedding. We request $75.00 for Wedding Rehearsals, if requested by the couple.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process in working with our Wedding couples is to : 1. to set up a Wedding Meeting in person for couples in New Orleans or Baton Rouge residents. I converse with out of town and out of satet wedding clients by Skype , or Face Time or IMO. I like to have the first dialog within two weeks of being hired by the wedding client. 2. I request all of my Wedding Clients to fill out my Wedding Booking Form. Also, I request a deposit which is one half of my quote online, unless other services are requested.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been educated at the following institutions in various US cities: Clark Atlanta University- BA- Atlanta, GA Interdenominational Theological Center,Atlanta, GA - Master of Divinity Austin Seminary-Doctor of Ministry-Atlanta, GA My wife, Jackie, an LSU graduate ,and I have been married for 45 years since August 19,1972. At the Interdenominational Theological Center, I was trained in conducting religious and non religious weddings as well. Over 25 different faiths from around the world are represented on the campus.
