Introduction: I train and coach individuals and groups, adults and youths in their efforts to get fit, build muscle, and lose weight. I have a two-step system to getting them to their health and wellness needs. I offer various types of exercises and fitness routines which are geared toward the individuals' fitness levels, health issues and what their goals are as they relate to health and wellness. I do health assessments and tailor what I do to my clients' specific needs and capabilities because I realize that there is no "one size fits all."
