I waited two weeks and he never called nor set up a date for the repair, so I went with a boat shop at the spur of the moment and he was far cheaper anyway.

Told customer cost up front. Customer would have been a total of 3 hours of travel before even starting project. Told customer we would set up up an appointment as soon as we have a opening.
