- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Currently my services are completely free and if I perform above and beyond and you feel I have earned it a payment can discussed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My first thought is to understand the background and history a dog has with its Handler or owner. After that is established figuring out how issues have arises or how to fix issues can be easier to identify.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified under USK9 as a trainer and handler of police canines.
